Fall Cranberry Wrap
- 10 Casa Meatballs
- 4 (6 inch) whole-wheat tortillas
- 4 tablespoons whole cranberry sauce, divided
- 1 red apple, thinly sliced
- Red cabbage, thinly sliced for garnish
- In a microwave, heat meatballs with 1 tablespoon water on high for 1 1/2 -2 minutes, or until meatballs are hot.
- Place 5 meatballs down the center of each tortilla.
- Spread 2 tablespoons cranberry sauce alongside the meatballs.
- Place three apples slices down the center of each tortilla; garnish with thinly sliced red cabbage.
- Roll or wrap burrito-style.
